Top Development News

Fairview has broken ground on a dual city project Sloan Corners. The project is situated at Highway 75 and Highway 121 and brings both Allen and Fairview together. The Fairview side of the development will bring 4.4 million square feet of office space, 2,000 multifamily homes, 100,000 square feet of retial and 350 hotel rooms. Fairview multifamily homes are set to begin construction in 2025.
